Easy Mucenici 

Ingredients:
1 Refrigerated Cinnamon rolls (large size)
1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
1/2 cup honey (warmed)

Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350 F
-Open cinnamon rolls. Unroll each cinnamon roll to a long roll, Cut each roll in half and create a ring by pinching the edges together. 
-Once you have the ring, twist it to form an “8” or infinity shape.
-Place 2" apart on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12 mins.
-Once out, let cool for 10 mins.
-Heat the honey in a bowl for 1 min
-Chop walnuts finely, and place in bowl
-Once the buns have cooled, dip the top of the bun in honey, and then immediately dip in walnuts
 -Serve immediately and share with others! Can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.

The study of the Church’s demonology is a part of basic catechism and Christian instruction. The Scriptures are replete with teaching on the dark powers.
